Emergency Department Data
What is the ED Dataset?
The ED dataset contains all visit data that has been collected since 2010 from all non-federal emergency departments, and is regulated by NMAC 7.4.3.10. Only select environmentally related causes were reported for 2008 and 2009.

Where can I find more information about the ED Dataset?
The ED data can be queried on the New Mexico New Mexico Indicator-Based Information System (NM-IBIS) (IBIS) and Environmental Public Health Tracking (EPHT) website. Data reports are also produced annually for public use and are available on this page.
Can I request ED data?
At this point in time, ED data can only be accessed through the New Mexico New Mexico Indicator-Based Information System (NM-IBIS) (IBIS) website.
I am an Emergency Department. How do I submit data to the NMDOH?
Please register and upload a text file to the New Mexico Health Information Technology (NMHIT) website. Refer to the site for more information.
