Intake and Eligibility
The Developmental Disabilities Supports Division (DDSD) Intake and Eligibility Bureau (IEB) is comprised of the Central Registry and the Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) units.
Central Registry
The Central Registry Unit is responsible for the Central Registry (Waiting List) for DD Waivers. This includes processing DD Waiver registrations and applications, making application Eligibility Determination, and managing the Allocation Process for Developmental Disabilities Waiver and Mi Via Self-Directed Waiver programs. Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review
The Pre-Admission Screening & Resident Review (PASRR) unit manages the federal PASRR program which requires that individuals be screened for mental illness, intellectual disability or related conditions which affect intellectual functioning, prior to admission to a Medicaid certified nursing facility.
